1. Your Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and Swedish distance-selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last goods.
- To exercise your right, you must notify us (e.g. via email or our online return form) before the 14-day period expires.
2. How to Return an Item
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Email returns@studiomyriad.se or complete the return form at www.studiomyriad.se/returns.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship the item back to:

3. Condition of Returned Goods
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
- Returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation or return form
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will, at our discretion, either:
- Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund (including any original and return shipping costs)
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or downloadable digital content (once delivered)
- Items made to your specification or clearly personalized
